Let's go deeper and understand what is the Importance of Water in the Body:

Every part of your body is made up of cells, and they are filled with a water solution of proteins, lipids, amino acids and other elements (Protoplasm, or more specific, Cytoplasm).
The reason for the presence of water is that all the reactions that keep us alive are electric in nature. Water is the medium in which these physicochemical reactions happen, facilitating them.
